Privacy & Security

When you use the Team Recalibration Engine, we collect information you provide directly:

• Business context — your industry, business model, company size, revenue range, growth stage, top priorities, and constraints.
• Team member information — names, job titles, tenure, and employment type of people on your team.
• Leader assessments — your observations about each team member's responsibilities, behavioral patterns, capabilities, and growth trajectory. This is the most sensitive data in the system.
• AI-generated outputs — individual scorecards and team-level briefings produced by analyzing your inputs.

We also store standard account information: your email address, sign-in timestamps, and session data.

Your data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis outputs. Here is what that means in practice:

• Your inputs are processed by Claude to produce scorecards and team briefings. This happens in real time when you request an analysis.
• Anthropic does not train on API data. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve their models.
• Anthropic may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for trust and safety purposes, after which they are deleted.
• The AI-generated outputs are stored in our database so you can return to them without re-running the analysis.

• Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with row-level security enabled — you can only access your own data, enforced at the database level.
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and encrypted at rest (AES-256).
• The application is hosted on Vercel with automatic security updates and DDoS protection.
• Admin access is restricted to authorized Darren Hardy LLC team members by email whitelist. All admin actions are recorded in an immutable audit log.
• We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties beyond the AI processing described above.

TERC stores information about the people on your team — their names, roles, and your candid assessments of their performance and potential. This is sensitive personnel data.

• Team members do not have accounts in this system and cannot see the assessments you enter about them.
• Only you and authorized Darren Hardy LLC support staff (for troubleshooting purposes) can access this data.
• You are responsible for how you use the insights generated about your team. We recommend treating AI-generated analysis as one input into your leadership decisions, not as a definitive evaluation.

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Export — download all of your data as a JSON file from Settings.
• Delete — permanently remove all of your data (business context, team roster, profiles, and analysis outputs) from Settings. Your account remains active so you can start fresh if you choose.

• Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your data, all business context, team members, profiles, and analysis outputs are permanently removed.
• Admin audit logs (records of support actions taken on your account) are retained for security and compliance purposes.
